Installing Themes

Hi I have done everything in this tutorial http://www.mylgcookiefresh.smffy.com/index.php?topic=6.0
But i dont know what it means by Copy the file IFWD_DownloadDll.dll into lg units
1. Where do i find that file.
2. Where exactly do i copy it too. (the folder where LG Utils is found ?)

I skipped this part because i did not know how to do it . Then I tried to upload the CUST_THEME to my phone using LG Utils but i get some error seconds after.

I don't know what firmware I have as I don't even know what firmware is . Please help me .
